The AGA Research Foundation raises money to support young researchers in gastroenterology and hepatology. The $1.5 million in research grants that we distribute every year support researchers at a critical point in their careers.

The only political action committee supported by a national gastroenterology society, the AGA PAC works to: obtain reasonable Medicare reimbursement rates, increase federal funding for biomedical research, encourage medical liability reforms and ease regulatory burdens on gastroenterologists.
