Clinical Question of the Month

The Clinical Question of the Month is a fun, interactive contest that challenges GI clinicians and other medical professionals to call upon their current knowledge of gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition.

Each month a clinical self-assessment question will be announced on the AGA Facebook page. Submitting the correct answer will qualify you to be entered into a drawing for a valuable prize. Should you be the lucky winner whose name is drawn, fame and glory await. With your permission, you will be highlighted on the Facebook pages mentioned above and gastro.org (AGA website).

The next question will be posted on Monday, June 4, 2012 and remain open for 24 hours. The winner will be announced Wednesday, June 6, 2012.

How Do I Participate?

Participation is easy. All you have to do is "like" the AGA Facebook page. By liking the AGA Facebook page, you will be alerted when the question has been announced via your News Feed. Simply use the link provided to submit your answer. 

How Does it Work?

  • Questions will be announced mid-morning on the first Monday of each month, except January 2012 and July 2012.
  • Participants will have 24hrs from the time of the announcement to submit their answer (participants may only submit their answer ONCE). Answers submitted after the 24hr period WILL NOT be considered.
  • Participants who submitted the correct answer will be entered into a raffle and the winner will be randomly chosen.
  • With the winner's permission, they will be highlighted within eDigest and on gastro.org.
