The GI Outlook 2013 Conference (GO 2013) will provide you practical advice and how-to for solo, small and large group GI practices. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than Friday, July 19, 2013 to email@example.com. Refunds requested before this date will be subject to an administrative fee of $100. Refunds will not be issued after July 19, 2013. Attendee substitutions are permitted with ASGE authorization. ASGE has the right to cancel a program at any time at its discretion.

The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
