Designated Awards Fund Cancer, Celiac Research
Several grants from the AGA Research Foundation are available to junior investigators who are interested in pursuing pancreatic, gastric or esophageal cancer research. A grant in celiac disease research is available to both junior and established investigators.
These awards support investigators by protecting a major portion of their time for research. If you are interested in developing or maintaining an independent career in digestive diseases research, apply today for:
- AGA-Bernard Lee Schwartz Foundation Research Scholar Award in Pancreatic Cancer ($270,000): Application deadline is Oct. 18.
- AGA-Ferring Research Institute Award in Celiac Disease Research ($120,000): Application deadline is Oct. 25.
- AGA-Gastric Cancer Foundation Research Scholar Award in Gastric and Esophageal Cancer ($270,000): Application deadline is Dec. 13.
Junior investigators may also be interested in applying for Research Scholar Awards ($270,000). This grant is not designated for specific research topics and may be used to fund projects in gastroenterology, hepatology or related areas. The application deadline is Oct. 18.
