Experienced Track (Jan. 31 & Feb. 1, 2014): Over the course of two days, you will discover your leadership style through self-assessment and self-reflection activities and participate in a difficult conversations workshop, conduct a power audit and identify opportunities for career development. The program is divided into two segments: identifying fundamental leadership concepts and your personal style and preparation for peer coaching exercises; and hands-on sessions with a small group of young women GIs. Attendance is limited to 10.
Young GI Track (Feb. 1, 2014): Split between presentations by renowned faculty specializing in coaching and professional career development and hands-on sessions with leading women GIs, this one-day conference will teach you the skills necessary to assume and maintain a leadership role in your own institution or practice setting, identify your source of leadership power and advance your skills for handling difficult conversations.
