CMS has posted the following electronic prescribing (eRx) incentive program educational products to the eRx section of the CMS website:

  • EHR downloadable resource table and release notes.

Further information on the eRx incentive program  and the reporting system may be found in the final 2011 Medicare physician fee schedule rule with comment period that was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 29, 2010.

Reporting for the 2011 eRx incentive program and Physician Quality Reporting System began on Jan.1, 2011. There is no need to sign up or preregister in order to participate.
