The deadline to submit your election vote is fast approaching. The election site closes on March 27.

The deadline to submit your vote in AGA Institute Council elections is fast approaching. Your help is needed in determining the next council. The election site closes on March 27.

The council reflects all the interests in gastroenterology and hepatology, and the science behind it. Thirteen sections represent the diversity of all the interests of AGA members, and relies on the help of volunteers to develop AGA educational resources and programming for Digestive Disease Week® each year.

Cast your vote today for the next vice chair and nominating committee members for the following council sections:

  • Cellular & Molecular Gastroenterology
  • Esophageal, Gastric & Duodenal Disorders
  • Growth, Development & Child Health
  • Gastrointestinal Oncology (vice-chair position only)
  • Liver & Biliary
  • Neurogastroenterology & Motility

To check what sections you are a part of, or to make changes to your section affiliations, visit the My AGA portal and click “My Information.” Each AGA member can join up to six sections.
