Is Your ASC Prepared for 2012 Quality Reporting?

May 17, 2012

To assist GIs practicing in the ambulatory surgical center (ASC) setting, AGA, ACG and ASGE will host a complimentary webinar, which will take you a step further beyond the general overview of the new Medicare ASC quality reporting program. Participants will be given a step-by-step review on how to actually report these quality measures on Medicare reimbursement claims forms.

Beginning Oct. 1, 2012, CMS will require that all Medicare-certified ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) report on five facility quality measures or otherwise face a Medicare payment penalty in 2014.
