New AGA Perspectives Issue Live

March 30, 2016

February/March issue features articles on precision medicine, GI cancers and AGA advocacy day.

The current issue of AGA Perspectives is now available online on our Perspectives website. The February/March issue leads with a debate by David Lieberman, MD, and Thomas Imperiale, MD, in which they discuss how much colorectal cancer risk factors should guide screening recommendations in GI practice.

The issue also touches on the topic areas of circulating tumor cells, GERD therapies, and provides overviews of AGA Advocacy Day and the AGA Center for Diagnostics and Therapeutics. Mehnaz Shafi, MD, explores the implications and potential solutions for endoscopic-related injuries, while Dr. David Wyles reviews the role of resistance testing in HCV therapy.
