New Patient Education Video: Screening Options for CRC

The best colorectal screening test is the one that gets done. With so many screening options now available, it is important that patients understand the advantages and drawbacks of each test, especially in the context of their own medical history. This new video, “Screening Options for Colorectal Cancer,” helps equip patients with proper knowledge and questions to bring to their gastroenterologist to help determine which screening option is best for them.

By providing the guidance and initial steps needed to start colorectal screening, we hope this video serves to make the screening process simpler and less intimidating for patients age 50 and over. AGA encourages you to be prepared for these questions and to continue to support and encourage this life-saving conversation.
