New Webinar Series: AGA Obesity Bundle

July 13, 2017

Learn how to implement the management of patients with obesity in your practice.

AGA released the Obesity Practice Guide to support gastroenterologists leading a care team to help patients with obesity achieve a healthy weight. The AGA Obesity Practice Guide provides you with a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary process to personalize innovative obesity care for safe and effective weight management. You can learn more by watching the AGA Solutions to Successful Obesity Program Integration webinar about the program.

Learn How to Provide Value-Based Management of Patients with Obesity

An important part of implementing the AGA Obesity Practice Guide is understanding how to operationalize obesity management for financial success. The AGA Episode-of-Care Framework for the Management of Obesity: Moving Towards High-Value, High-Quality Care was created to help GIs develop a framework to support value-based management of patients with obesity, focusing on the provision of non-surgical and endoscopic services.

Join us for the new AGA Obesity Episode of Care webinar series, during which you'll hear from experts about how to best implement the  framework in practice. You'll learn how to assess your ability to participate in and implement an episode of care for obesity, and understand the essentials of coding and billing for these services.
