MedAssurant, on behalf of the AGA, has implemented physical and electronic safeguards to ensure that all data submitted to the AGA Registry will be maintained in a secure, HIPAA compliant environment. Provider and practice identifiers that are included in the AGA Registry dataset for purposes of administrative management are not included in the data transmitted to the AGA for analysis and reporting.
