3. I used DDSEP 5.0 on another computer, but all of my exam progress is gone. What happened?
   For security reasons, DDSEP 5.0 was developed for usage on only one computer. If you have registered DDSEP 5.0 on one computer, then choose to register it on another computer, please note that your results will not be synched between computers, and you will experience difficulty submitting your exam results. If you need to access DDSEP 5.0 at more than one location, it is recommended that you install it on a mobile/laptop/notebook computer.
4. I can't find the answer to my question. What should I do?

How to Take An Exam

Here's how to do it...

1. Locate the DDSEP Main Menu.
   
   
2. Click on the [Exam] button.
3. If you have already registered as a DDSEP user, authenticate using the credentials you set up in the Registration menu, and click [Enter].
   
   
4. If you have not yet registered, click [Register].
   
   
5. Completely fill out this form. If you make a mistake, clicking on the [Reset] button will clear all values in the form, enabling you to start over. When the form is complete, click [Submit], and authenticate.
   • Suggested Credentials:
   • User ID: Your E-mail Address
   • Password: Your Last Name
6. Once authenticated, you will be presented with the Exam Menu.
   
   
7. Select an exam by clicking on the chapter of your choice.
