Leadership opportunity for trainees interested in scientific publishing

One week left to apply for a fellowship with GI’s leading journal, Gastroenterology.

Applications for an editorial fellowship with Gastroenterology are due April 18. The goal of this fellowship is to mentor an outstanding trainee for future editorial leadership roles in scientific publishing. Applicants in or entering their second or third year at an accredited gastroenterology fellowship are eligible to apply. PhDs may also apply if they are within the first two years of their postdoctoral fellowship training.

What to expect: 

  • Become intimately involved with Gastroenterology’s entire editorial process, including peer review, editorial oversight, manuscript selection for publication, production and post-publication activities.
  • Gain insights and feedback at a one-week, in-person mentoring conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Contribute to special sections of Gastroenterology.
  • And more.
